Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email hellopaperkat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue.

Whenever possible, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if a replacement is not possible or another suitable resolution cannot be reached.
