What is your current turn around time ?

The current turn around time is 5-10 Business days. Weekends are not included. If there is a major sale turn around time can go up to 14 days :( I am a 1 woman small business so I will try my best to pack everything as fast as I can! Thank you so much for your support. It means a lot.

Regarding lost mail and refunds

Refunds will not be given unless the package was damaged when you received it. Lost packages will not be refunded since there is tracking given, but I will work with you to try and make the best out of the situation. I'm sorry for any inconvenience! I have been burned countless times and I have to protect my shop since everything is handmade and time is precious :( I hope you understand. Thank you!
